Maui Mind Care does not currently contract with any managed care insurers. We will work to assess your benefits, nonetheless, and attempt to work with your insurer to determine out of network coverage.
While we are pleased to provide this service, it is extremely difficult for us to keep track of all the individual requirements of the plans. Even within the same insurance company, the plans differ from policy to policy.
In the event that services are provided and your coverage is not in effect on that day, your
deductible has not been met, or you have not requested authorization prior to service,
charges will then become your responsibility.
Payments are due at the time of service. With your cooperation and help, you should be able to receive all of the benefits offered to you, and we will be able to concentrate on caring for your mental health needs.
